Medico-legal Minder’s holiday in Australia was interrupted by a day spent with New South Wales Senior Counsel Kevin Connor discussing issues of common interest, and the outcome was a televised discussion of the Montgomery case (Montgomery v Lanarkshire Health Board [2015] UKSC 11) for Benchmark Television Continuing Legal Education based in Sydney.  Consent for medical treatment and the new test of negligence is put under an international microscope.  See the broadcast here.
